CYENSverse explores Virtual Reality practices for peacebuilding in Cyprus. After 60 LONG years we will be taking down the barriers between us in a new digital world, turning the dividing line into a connecting point.
The project has begun with a guided tour in the UN Buffer Zone in old town Nicosia and the collection of interviews with people from across the divide who have a connection with this place.
This first phase of the project will be presented at the Buffer Fringe Performing Arts Festival 2023.
